About

Christina Rollo is a fine art nature photographer who was born and raised in central New York. She enjoys exploring the natural areas that surround her and spends most of her time outdoors. Christina’s passion for animals has led her to take many photos of wild animals, pets, nature and scenery, as well as a variety of other subjects. Her interest in all living things challenges her to capture stunning memorable images.

Christina feels comfortable when she is close to nature. She has spent countless hours observing and learning about plants and animals. Country living on eight acres in a beautiful part of New York State gives Christina the perfect opportunity to photograph nature as she experiences it. She photographs nature because it brings her joy and understanding.

Sun Sweet Hummingbird Art for Sale ‘Sun Sweet’ Ruby Throated Hummingbird

“My photographic journey began when someone challenged me to photograph a hummingbird in flight, and here it is! ‘Sun Sweet’ a Ruby-Throated Hummingbird in flight with a pink zinnia flower. I’ve always had a strong connection to nature and animals as well as a natural ability for photography, art and design. My skills have developed from within my heart and reflect my true passion to protect wildlife and preserve nature. I’m drawn to color and compelled to capture it! I welcome all creative opportunities. I love the outdoors and every living thing that exists on earth.” ~Christina Rollo
